Application scope:
Mix the cement and water according to the standard specifications to form a uniform test slurry, which is used to determine the standard consistency, setting time, and make stability test blocks of cement. The NJ-160 mixer is one of the specialized equipment that implements the GB1346-89 standard. It mixes cement and water according to the standard to form a uniform test slurry, which is used to measure the standard consistency, setting time, and make stability test blocks of cement. It is an essential and indispensable equipment for cement plants, construction units, relevant professional colleges, and research institutions in cement testing laboratories. It mainly consists of a dual speed motor, transmission box, spindle, eccentric seat, mixing blade, mixing pot, base, column, support, outer cover, program controller, etc.

working principle:
The dual speed motor transmits power to the worm gear inside the transmission box through a coupling, and then transmits it to the main shaft through a worm gear and a pair of gears for deceleration. The main shaft drives the eccentric seat to rotate synchronously, causing the stirring blades fixed on the eccentric seat to revolve. At the same time, the mixing blade rotates around a fixed internal gear through the planetary gear at the upper end of the mixing blade shaft. The dual speed motor is controlled by a time programmable controller to automatically complete a specified work program of slow stop fast rotation. The mixing pot and skateboard are locked with eccentric grooves for rotation.
The installation of the mixer only requires placing the main machine on a flat cement platform and placing a layer of 5-8mm thick rubber sheet on the bottom surface. The power supply and safety grounding of this machine come with a 2m long power inlet and a four core socket when it leaves the factory. It is necessary to ensure that the phase and neutral wires are correct before powering on. When leaving the factory, the electrical insulation has already met the standard. In order to ensure electrical safety, please use a multi stranded plastic copper core wire with a cross-section of not less than 1mm2 to reliably ground the safety grounding marking point of the machine body.

Operation and usage:
Pulling the handle can make the skateboard drive the mixing pot to move up and down along the guide rail of the column. After moving up to the designated position, tighten the positioning screw to stir. Remove the mixing pot and do the opposite. Looking down from above, the direction of blade rotation is clockwise. The direction of revolution is opposite.
First, place all three switches (1K, 2K) in the stop position, then insert the time controller plug into the "programmable input" socket on the panel, and then turn on the power.

There are two types of separation: automatic and automatic:
▲ Automatic: Turn switch 1K to the automatic position, which automatically completes the actions of slow stirring for 120 seconds, stopping for 10 seconds and then giving an alarm for 5 seconds, and fast stirring for 120 seconds, and then automatically stops. After an automatic program ends, if the 1K switch is set to stop and then to automatic, the next automatic program will start again. After each automatic program ends, the 1K switch must be set to stop to prevent the program controller from malfunctioning after a power outage.
▲ Manual: Turn switch 1K to the manual position, and then place the three position switch 2K in the slow, stop, fast, and stop positions to complete each action separately and manually time.
Attention: The three-phase power supply wiring of the socket must ensure that the direction of blade revolution is consistent with the direction marked on the machine body, otherwise it is very easy to damage the mixing mechanism.

Adjustment:
The gap between the mixing blade and the mixing pot has been adjusted to a range of 2 ± 1mm before leaving the factory.
The working gap between the mixing blade and the mixing pot can be adjusted by loosening the adjusting nut to rotate the mixing blade up and down, and then using a detection rod to check the correct gap, and finally tightening the adjusting nut. Or loosen the screws connecting the motor to the column, or the gearbox flange to the motor, and tighten the screws correctly.

Maintenance and upkeep:
▲ The workplace should be kept clean. After each use, residual mortar inside and outside the mixing blade and mixing pot should be thoroughly removed, and scattered and splashed mortar and dirt on the machine should be cleaned. After wiping dry, cover with a protective cover to prevent dust.
▲ There is no external fuel hole on this machine. Add molybdenum disulfide grease to the moving parts such as worm gear, gear, and bearings in the transmission box once a season. When adding grease, open the bearing cover, between the support and the column guide rail, and between the lifting mechanism. Oil should be regularly dripped for lubrication. Maintain the machine once a year, clean it completely, and add lubricating oil and grease.
When encountering metal impact noise during machine operation, the first thing to check is whether the gap between the mixing blade and the mixing pot is correct.
When using a mixing pot, handle it gently and do not collide it randomly to avoid deformation of the mixing pot.
When replacing a new mixing pot or blade, the gap should be adjusted according to the above method.
▲ Electrical insulation should be checked regularly, and the cold insulation resistance should be ≥ 5M Ω when the relative humidity is 50%~70% at 20 ℃± 5 ℃.
